These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the 55zz platform and all its services ("User" or "you") and 55zz. By registering on 55zz, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on 55zz, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.

55zz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a safe and transparent environment. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents for verification. 55zz reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact the support team immediately.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 55zz platform:
- bKash — via direct mobile banking
- Nagad — digital financial service of the postal department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
- Upay — United Commercial Bank payment service
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
3.3 Transaction Policy
All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. For deposits or withdrawals, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment account is prohibited and such transactions will be cancelled.
55zz reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any account where suspicious financial activity is identified, until an investigation is complete.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
55zz offers new users a 200% first deposit bonus, applicable up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The first deposit must be completed successfully to receive this bonus.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw any bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are not transferable to others.
- 55zz reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and related winnings in cases of bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
- 55zz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
The 55zz VIP program has three tiers. You can automatically move up to a higher tier based on your gaming activity:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP cashback is reviewed every week and automatically credited to your account. Separate wagering conditions apply to VIP cashback.
5.1 General Betting Policy
All bets placed on 55zz are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please make sure you are fully informed about the rules of the relevant game or event before placing a bet. 55zz does not interfere in determining game outcomes; all results are determined through the game provider's system.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. As part of the responsible gaming policy, users may also set their own betting limits.
5.3 Technical Errors
If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, system outage, or connection failure, 55zz will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution. 55zz reserves the right to cancel clearly incorrect odds or payouts (such as unusually large wins caused by a system error).
5.4 Fraud and Misconduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55zz:
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions
- Betting with bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Collusion (illegal cooperation between multiple players)
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors
- Harassing or threatening other users
55zz gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration and identity verification is used only for providing services, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
55zz does not sell or share your personal data with any third party, but may be required to provide information to the relevant authorities when legally obligated to do so.

- Losses caused by internet connection failures, power outages, or other infrastructure issues
- Losses caused by the failure of third-party software or services
- Losses caused by authorized or unauthorized third-party hacking or cyberattacks
- Losses arising from the user's own carelessness or negligence
55zz always strives to maintain the quality of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable at any time for maintenance or upgrades.
10.1 Changes to Terms
55zz may change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in their account in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
